Content Marketing Manager

Currently, my main responsibility is owning and guiding the overall content strategy, maintaining the marketing calendar in coordination with input from the CEO, Director of Digital Marketing, agency partners, and other departments. To accomplish this, I do several things:
Manage a team of contract writers to create content that engages and educates our audience, and work with in-house creative team to develop video strategy and other visual assets for the website and blog.
Work with the VP of Strategy to define our brand, which includes creating the guidelines (both written & visual) that educate the organization and other partners on how we see ourselves and how we communicate that to our customers.
Provide the majority of copywriting for our website, email marketing, advertising, print material, package inserts, etc. When possible, I also write for the company blog as much as possible.
Measure how content marketing efforts contribute to overall business goals, which includes analyzing audience engagement through social media & email, and monitoring the performance of SEO-focused content through organic traffic.
