Joined IBM Global Business Services as Business Transformation Consultant and works as a Consultant in the organization, I worked as User-Experience (UX) Designer in Banking Industry, the delivered end product is an iOS iPad app for Relationship Management, e.g. Relationship Managers perform their day-to-day activities and make their jobs done in more effective way on-the-go with their mobile devices. Primary task involved is to understand business needs and user's pain points, collect and analyze user persona, design ideas of business requirements gathered from sketches, evolve to wire-frame design and then visual design. Prototype is one of the deliverables for business' information visualization and presentation.
Also worked as a Customer Journey Designer in 2014 April in Banking Project with a top-notch team. Collaborated with Customer Experience Lead to deliver Customer Journey Map on proposal of business strategy for banking and transform the ideas into a presentable way with Adobe Product.
Currently working as Business Analyst in T&M project liaised with Schlumberger in Oil and Gas Industry as Build BA. Handle uncertainties, challenges and manage business expectation in this role, involving in business with user gathering requirements session and workshops, prepare data requirements and data mapping, manage offshore development for system implementation in Agile method. Main challenge is to work as Business Analyst meantime need to handle project timeline simultaneously while expecting to deliver screen design for development.
