College Success Foundation

Peer Counselor

Peer Counselors are responsible for providing supervision, guidance, and support to CSF Achievers Scholars. They work closely with Conference Assistant as well as other Peer Counselors and CSF staff. They provide around the clock supervision and support to students participating in a 4-day/3-night ACE program. Peer Counselors work in teams and are responsible for up to 30 students, including supervision
and check-ins throughout the daytime activities and each evening. They attend and participate in workshops with assigned students as well as provide support to the workshop presenters. They interact with and relate to the students in ways that support asset building.
