• Developed launching campaign (Thematic) and positioning statement for the brand for Bangladesh market, in the premium category, which brought the changes in consumers’ perspective towards bakery products.
• Established a team of three people to cover the special / alternative sales channel for Dan Cake. This channel contributes up to 6.5% of total company revenue.
• Launched new product lines that supported the growth of the business in terms of revenue and numeric distribution.
• Developed supply chain for importing raw materials.
• Dealt with export marketing and generated potential export leads
• Recruited new creative agency, which enriched the creative execution
• Managed sponsorship and RP. Successful collaboration with Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation.
