Preparing attendance registers & intervention evaluations
Liaising with facilitators: Allocation of sessions to training, diarizing of sessions, provide material and presentations to facilitator, arrange collection of learning material and supporting documentation
Update and maintenance of learner data on learner management system
Preparing for and coordinating learning interventions held on-site. (Catering, welcome, set-up/lay-out)
Collections and deliveries when required i.e. learning material to venue, learner assessments, post, etc.
Source details on learning and development interventions, as defined in the training strategy, in order to meet organisational, department and individual development needs.
Brief external vendors and facilitators on the specific requirements of the programmes.
Schedule staff to attend internal and external learning events in accordance with the wider learning and development strategy.
Produce reports on learning and development activity using agreed HR and learning department performance indicators.
Prepare learning and development materials to a consistently high standard and ensure that they reach the delegates/facilitator within agreed timescales.
Produce and maintain accurate electronic and manual learning and development records in compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
Evaluate the programmes using accepted criteria.
Analyse the programmes and changes to facilitators
Provide specialist support in skills development levy claims
Collating and documenting of WSP and ATP within the organisation.
Assist line managers and facilitators solve specific training or learning problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
