Managing and controlling of all financial processes and activities in Czech Republic and
Slovakia, leading the Order Administration Group, providing professional support to the
County Manager and employees in the area of Human Resources, Further responsible for
EHS, Ethics program, quality proesses and ThinkCustomer initative. Coordination with HQ
and other Emerson companies.
Started as Financial Accountant and responsibilities for reviewing the accounting of the Rep.
Offices in Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Azerbaijan. Several internal changes with higher
responsibilities internal controlling and group reporting of the Sales offices in Czech
Republic, Poland and Slovakia. Internal VAT Expert for Swiss and European VAT
1999 spin off from Bättig consulting (Family Company with 30 employees). Unchanged
responsibilities as with Bättig Treuhand. Higher responsibilities and medium sized companies.
Job costing introductions for medium sized clients. Consulting in regards of MBO, generating
business plans and establishing of new companies.
Overall consulting for entrepreneurs and small companies in regards of taxes, accounting,
audit and salary accounting/calculation.
