HRIS Assistant Manager

 Responsible for managing the HR Dept especially Personnel section, C&B Section, HRIS Section.
 Drive company-wide support in implementing HR policies, procedures and programs.
 Prepare salary, and benefit budget and proposal, and oversee the implementation.
 Manage the shared services of compensation and benefit matters, and HR personnel administration.
 Manage the payroll administration, including Jamsostek & third party insurance.
 Responsible of company policies and to ensure inline with the corporate policies & local labor law.
 Manage of HR system (HRIS) and others HR Personel administration
 Participate and manage employee events & rewards
 Manage employee grievance
 Responsible of employee staffing
 Manage all expatriate permition documents
 Evaluate subordinates’ performance and identify areas for improvements
 Coach and mentor subordinates to improve performance effectiveness
 Lead/participate in HR task projects to support Company’s business objectives

Responsible for :

Fullfill the MPP for Jabodetabek Area (Recruitment & Selecting)

Maintain Employee Contract (PKWT, PKWTT), Handling (Promotion, Mutation)

act as HRIS Project Manager, ensure that the client's requirements (software & hardware) are met with the current HRIS Software, also responsible to completed project on time and within budget and make sure everyone (that involving with the project) are doing their job properly.

Lead and conduct all the functions of General Affairs Departement, such as building maintenance, car pool services, office services, and solve the problems of insurance, outsourching, as well as the formalities of foreign workers also efficiency budget in terms use of opex and capex by making forcasting, planning, and rules. engaging in several operational functions of human resources including explain employment standards and legislation such as workers C&B, company regulations (PP) Fair Practice Act and assist the legal function for the settlement of staffing issues and industrial problems.

Achievement :

• successfully designing and implementing business process framework (incl SOP & Work Instruction) for General Affairs Departement of the new PT Tozy Sentosa under Parkson Retail Asia
