My process is to learn as much about a client’s culture and unique practices to build solutions that leverage existing organization strengths. New York Power Authority (2016 - Present)
-Lead the evolution of an Enterprise Change Management function through a strategic plan that includes governance, capability building & strategic integration. Change strategy & leadership on various projects: digitization, asset management, risk, policy implementation, culture shift
-Designed/facilitated Change Management workshops to build capability & agility
Metropolitan Transportation Authority Department of Buses (2015-2016)
-Designed/facilitated collaborative process with enterprise strategists and 'on the ground' leaders to ID leadership best practices. Initial findings created prototype impacting over 18,000 employees in all 5 boroughs of NYC
-Designed program incorporating PROSCI, Prince & consulting methods to ensure a standard approach on engagements
Girl Scouts of the USA (2014-2015)
-Created/implemented change plan to support design & rollout of Girl Scouts’ “digital cookie” e-commerce platform: developed process & engagement strategies to 55+ GSUSA Councils (95% participation), members & parents via diverse channels: convention, videos, email & press
-Designed/led talent identification to support the implementation of Salesforce to support a talent management strategic initiative

-Executed a NY newspaper's transition to “no-ratings” performance management to support the company’s digital strategy: implemented multi-tiered management training & communication plan
