Furniture Galaxy

Sales Associate

I am currently employed at Furniture Galaxy where I am a certified sales associate with certificates in furniture sales and room design. I assist clients in finding and purchasing items that compliment their current homes or furnish their new new homes. This process requires making invoices checking stock from respective suppliers and calculating cost, taking payments and scheduling deliveries. I take pride in my customer service skills and attention to detail. As a part of a small work team I also share the office duties with my coworkers, that include such things as filing, faxing and sending email quotes that come through our store website. General cleaning is also important to ensure the products in the store are showcased in the best atmosphere with complimentary accents and accessories. Customer service is imperative to make a sale and ensure my clients leave satisfied with their purchase and confident in my product knowledge.
