Lead training manager for start up manufacturing facility Strengths include: conducting needs assessment, building new employee onboarding programs and role specific training programs. A blended training approach of SOPs, OLT and ILT, curriculum job role training, and video is used. All training is customized, in house, using an innovative approach. Work conducted both domestically and internationally.Training audit compliance has been at 100 percent with no deficiencies noted for internal, domestic, and international audits.
In this role, I oversee all training efforts, work with SMEs on training needs and work with managers on what is necessary for onboarding all new employees and on-the-job training needs for their direct reports.
A focus of time has been spent in the LMS building user groups, curriculum, assigning training and maintaining up-to-date training records for audits, both domestic and international.
