Support President, Executive Vice President, and two Vice Presidents. Manage all facets of operations pertaining to accreditation evaluation visits.
Provide administrative support to President, Executive Vice President, and two Vice Presidents. Interface with high-level external contacts at schools via phone, email, and mail. Prepare large volumes of detailed written correspondence to school personnel. Pull detailed data from database and school reports, then create internal reports for NWCCU executives. Prepare and send out invitations to college/university personnel to participate in evaluations. Track multiple facets of information and keep staff apprised. Arrange hotel reservations, hotel meetings and catering. Mail out evaluator packets including rosters, reports, logistical details. Create semi-annual Commission Board meeting agenda booklets using Publisher.Provide key information to bookkeeper to assist with reconciling expense reports and hotel invoices. Responsible for all database updates which drives all information for Commission.
