Collect payment for premiums on new Affordable Care Act Plans, assist agents and member how to walk through the federal market place to apply for a subsidy, go over claims and or billing information if needed with members. I also assist in the Marketplace application process with the Shop and Apply and e-bill site for our new BlueEssential plans making dummy accounts to ensure that the accounts transferred properly from the website to CES/CICSJ system. Also answered calls pertaining to the 2.4% industry fee effecting vision and dental stand alone policies.
