►Formulate and define project plans that consider project strategy, goals, costs, and resource allocations using project management planning and scheduling techniques.
►Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs. Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
►Train city employees on NYCAPS (New York City Automated Personnel system- proprietary HRIS). Translate agency strategies, goals, deliverables, and requirements into specific project plans and tasks incorporating industry knowledge resulting in successful project completions.
►Executes Microsoft Project software to establish project timelines, phases, activities, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements in compliance with agency’s strategic direction.
►Track projects and produce various status reports and documents including project work plans, business requirements, budget analyses, project deliverables, schedules, monthly management reports, meeting minutes, solution recommendations, and test plans.
