As Sales & Marketing manager, I lead a team that is responsible for end-to-end customer experience, including: brand awareness, lead generation, lead nurture, lead conversion, and student retention.
The marketing team focuses on inbound marketing strategies, including content marketing, social media marketing and search engine optimization on the front end. Once leads are generated from our website, we work to qualify and nurture leads until they are ready to be handed off to the sales team.
The sales team is responsible for a wide range of conversion and support functions, including 1:1 sales outreach, sales nurture, enrollment and admissions processes, customer service to existing students and ongoing services aimed at supporting our large alumni base.
We're focused on tools, automation and efficiency, with the goal of providing a great experience for our customers.

Moving Forward Education runs the GIrls and Boys Moving Forward programs in the bay area.
