Supervise the day-to-day functions of the physical security infrastructure and contract guard force. Provide management of alarm monitoring, video, access, and communication systems to ensure that the assets are properly protected. Perform periodic tests of the infrastructure to ensure that the equipment is maintained and functioning properly. Coordinate communications and resources during emergencies. Supervise the security functions of the visitor management program. Enforce security guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure safety and security of personnel, clients, visitors, vendors, property, and assets of SCEA. Support the security management team in achieving departmental goals. Conduct facility-centric investigations as directed by the Corporate Security Management team. Complete case file outlining the steps and findings discovered during the course of the investigation. Archive all computer/hard copy files to preserve data for audits and investigations. Working in a collaborative environment, develop, implement, and manage policies, procedures, and programs that mitigate physical risks and control loss. Ensured measured client satisfaction through the development and execution of KPI's. Responsible for multi-site operation, as well as extensive travel for corporate events requiring on-site security management.
