Operate/Manage personal business. We did full interior/exterior renovations and new home construction turn key projects. I managed the budgeting, job estimates, sales, payrolls and marketing aspects. I was responsible for all clientele relations and project management. I also organized crew co-ordination and scheduling. In this position I was required to control multiple job sites and crews efficiently and effectively. I also managed crews hands on at job sites. Operate small loaders, excavators and skid steers etc. during excavation process or during winter season for snow removal.
