• Managerial experience includes 1 direct report and 6 indirect reports
• Screen candidates according to the standards of the client’s needs via phone and face to face interviews
• Administer Technical Test to provide clients with an inside look on the candidates skills and knowledge
• Assist in the in the interview process and on decision for internal employees
• Interact with clients and consultants to fill open positions and ensure satisfaction of both parties
• Interact with existing clients to maintain relationships and assist with company needs
• Cold call new and prospective client to gain business
• Created and Maintain reports to track daily process and work production
• Interact with clients and consultants to fill various Information Technology position
• Develop, maintain and secure business at existing and new clients.
• Source candidates by using sites and databases like Monster, Hot jobs, CareerBuilder, Dice, Google, Craigslist, LinkedIn, Internal Database and networking
• Responsible for full life cycle of recruiting including phone screening, interviewing, administering tests, checking references, negotiating compensation, sending offer letters, new hire packets and benefit information to all new hire, and placing candidates in contract and full time positions
• Train and teach new internal employees on company procedures, policies, and recruiting techniques
• Use analytical and problem solving techniques for any issues that may arise
