Senior Project Manager/ HR Specialist

As a Senior Project Manager, change leader and HR Specialist I drive the alignment of FaCS business and HR strategic and operational plans across the leadership team by driving strategic, sustainable and measurable change.
Building leadership capability, improving the standards of workforce accountability, performance and compliance I drive the development of the annual HR plans that support HR to deliver an integrated HR framework, concurrently support line management leadership, and deliver team performance and compliance improvement that achieves agreed performance targets.
Leveraging from my strategic analysis and high-level solution development expertise to collaborate as a change leader I successfully deliver timely, accurate and compliant advice, and strategic support to senior management on, often high risk, HR issues, including development of solutions that: resolve workforce/ succession planning issues; build a high performance workforce; mitigate key HR, IR, ER and compliance risks; recruit high calibre employees; and identify and implement learning & development requirements.
As the key change champion and agent I collaborate effectively with senior leadership and interdisciplinary management teams to deliver mentoring and coaching that supports the successful implementation of enterprise change, business improvement and innovation programs, projects and initiatives that achieve employee engagement, transformational change, and sustainable benefits realisation.
