• Directed the efforts of direct and indirect reports towards efficient management and on execution of key initiatives:
o For example: Identified weekly status reports as a task on which a specific category of project manager was spending disproportionate amount of time. Determined the root causes to be the report format and collaborated with the tools organization to enhance the tools and eliminated the need for manual reports, resulting in about 15% productivity gains for the managers.
o Ensured that relevant project management recommendations are followed, including but not limited to development of project charters, requirements gathering, risk management and post project reviews and record maintenance.
