• Albyn Hospital, Global Maritime, BP, First Group, Richmond Fellowship/Receptionist: Answering phone and transferring to appropriate person, Taking messages, signing in and being aware of visitors and who they are expecting to see. Providing hospitality. Booking meeting facilities and rooms. Booking transport. Handling complaints and queries. Mail franking. Admin. Data input. Minute taking.
• Paradigm Drilling/Office Assistant: Completing timesheets, checking clock in records, raising and reconciling purchase orders, data input. Admin.
• Technical Librarian: Responsible for the issue & recall of Standards within company, and their acquisition from other sources. Knowledge of licence requirements and copyright regulations for audit purposes.
