Work independently and as a team member to create and implement the vision and strategies to retain and recruit members in the Association. Work with the other Marketing team staff to articulate and improve the relevant member experience. Identify and enroll new members. Direct and oversees membership activities for a global membership Association. Develop programs and initiatives designed to increase membership. The first point of contact for members, responding to member needs and requests as needed. Manage member data and reporting in Netforum Database. Manage CEW Member Connect Community and CEW MentorMatch Program. Set long and short-term goals for the department according to the Strategic Plan. Develop, monitors and controls department budgets. Develop, document and enforce policies and procedures.
