Manage all aspects of accounting and consolidation procedures including cash flow management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, finalization and various business reports.
Responsible for all aspects of fiscal management and contract administration, including budgeting, project management, expense authorization and training.
Responsible for banking activities, multi-currency bank accounts; controlling of online receipts/payments & monthly reconciliation; liaise with Banks for facilities and other banking functions; monitoring of Letter of Credit, Documents under LC, Collection Documents (DA/DP)and other Import/ export related activities.
Develop financial planning process and systems, including the introduction of quarterly forecasting as
well as development of new and improvement of existing processes and procedures.
Ensure that good internal controls are in place that reduces the risk of fraud.
Provide advice and support to clients to enable them makes sound business decisions.
Preparing cash flow statements & computing monthly provisions for prepaid and accruals.
