- Product Strategy. Defined and communicated vision and strategy for a digital learning and teaching platform driven by student-generated data (now known as Power of U). Led to receiving $1 million from corporate to launch product trial

- Team Organization. Formed, structured and hired the initial 6-person team, broke down barriers to drive business requirement gathering and decision-making for disruptive product. Team developed and executed successful trial in Summer 2010

- Strategic Partnerships. Sourced and oversaw due diligence with SynapticMash (now Promenthean). Successfully negotiated the deal to make SynapticMash the key strategic technology vendor for the product
