I manage a 12-member geographically dispersed team (Virginia and Missouri) and plan, direct, and coordinate program portfolio focused on internal professional development, including leadership & management courses, experiential job rotations, and degrees programs for 10000+ member personnel. I am responsible for talent management (5-year strategic plans creation and development), review and implement projects and initiatives. I am a member of Human Capital Leadership team, liaising with C-level executives to pursue human capital strategy importance and evolution, and to report on successes around strategic initiatives.
✰ Reengineered approach to talent management, from manual and communication lacking, to digitalized, automated, and collaboration-enhancing process (Agile framework), spanning across internal, back-of-house, operations as well as customer-facing interfaces.
✰ Conceptualized, analyzed user experience and requirements across the business, including key users, supervisor, managers, and senior executives. Liaised with developers team. Coordinated direct and online training series, guides, manuals, and how-to videos (KZO software).
✰ Revitalized talent management budget, establishing fiscal rigor and achieving 43% increase in the number of program awards to employees.
