I am responsible for 17 techs. I perform live qa visits with the technicians. I handle customer issues. I train on new products. I run the weekly meetings. I perform monthly performance reviews. I complete daily reporting. I deliver equipment when needed. I work with dispatch to handle any issues that come up. I keep technicians informed on changes in policy and procedure . I perform ladder inspections on a monthly basis. I perform truck inspections on a monthly basis. I also perform hazard assessments on a monthly basis on all techs. I assist the warehouse in making sure they have all the request in on time. I perform damage claims and auto accidents and work comp claims. I communicate with techs with email and over the phone on a daily basis.
