• Devise and implement a nation-wide grievance procedure that is consistent throughout Olam’s five industries for use by plantation laborers and impacted communities
• Develop and adapt grievance software system
• Determine Olam’s long-term Corporate Social Responsibility approach in Gabon based on community engagement and international best practices; outline 3 year implementation plan
Princeton in Africa seeks to develop young leaders committed to Africa’s advancement. To accomplish this, PiAf offers opportunities for service through year-long fellowships to graduating seniors and young alumni with a variety of organizations across the African continent.
