• Led business development for international and national corporate partnerships for Foundation that resulted in $11.5M in new revenue from companies including: Harry Winston, Delta Air Lines, MAC Cosmetics, FIJI, Hugo Boss, Armani, Belvedere, Tumi, Kohler, Shangri-La, IMAX, and LVMH.
• Serve as liaison and project manager to corporate partners in support of fundraising programs, marketing initiatives and event marketing.
• Responsible for strategic planning and activation of partnerships associated with the Foundation, including major retail and consumer product campaigns.
• Career highlights include:
o Secured a 3-year, multi-million dollar global partnership with jeweler Harry Winston, which includes a comprehensive fundraising, marketing and public relations campaign in support of amfAR.
o Negotiated a licensing deal with designer Jean Paul Gaultier to create a limited edition bag to benefit amfAR; secured national distribution deals with Bloomingdale’s, SCOOP NYC, and several online retailers.
o Partnered with Kiehl’s to produce LifeRide for amfAR, a cross county motorcycle charity ride with celebrities to raise HIV/AIDS awareness. The initiative has raised $1 million to date.
o Activated an event-based partnership with Microsoft in New York, Los Angeles, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Toronto, & Miami, which included a $600K donation; integration of Surface tablets at events; and an extensive media and social media campaign resulting in millions of impressions for the sponsor.
o Leveraged Sotheby’s private network of high net worth art collectors to bid on an exclusive experience with Sharon Stone, amfAR’s fundraising chair, which sold for $150,000.
o Executed a $500K partnership with Delta Air Lines, including ads in the Delta Sky Miles magazine and by featuring amfAR’s documentary “Battle of amfAR” on seatbacks on Delta flights globally.
o Launched amfAR’s first online store.
