• Responsible for managing relationship and garnering business from the Top 25 plus largest Accounts for Bharti Airtel Ltd , like Microsoft , SBI , HDFC Bank , IBM , Infosys , Accenture , ICICI Bank , Wipro, HCL, Yahoo , GE , Maruti & others….
• Strategic business contributed Rs 600 Crs Revenue across all LOB’s and grew by 20 % vis year 11-12.
• Objective to contribute to Airtel Business very high EBITDA & EBIT from the Strategic set of Accounts. Year 12-13 saw phenomenal contribution to the tune of 32 % EBITDA & 17 % EBIT with Free Cash Flow generated to the tune of Rs 21 Cr.
•Lead innovations thru new product penetrations such as the Tab Banking and Video on Tab for Strategic customers, Strategic Accounts contributed to the highest Product Penetration across with an average of 8 products per customer. This also lead to increase in market & revenue share in some large accounts.
•Worked with FORUM and drove a successful Training Module “ SAMBA” ..(Strategic Account Management for Bharti Airtel) , with an objective to enable the Sales team to think beyond transactions and work with bigger objectives and Value additions @ customer . This Programme is now rolled out across Airtel Business for all large accounts appx 500 in nos.
•Work with a Highly engaged and motivated set of team across functions to achieve high ESAT & CSAT Scores.
•Undertook initiatives to increase NR for voice business in accounts with a National presence , this has already started to show results as all plans sold now are with MI & Data services .
•Large Deals won on 3G & 4G across accounts like Tech M , IBM , Wipro , HSBC , HCL etc.
