Executive Airlift Flight Attendant Instructor

♦ Facilitate in-flight service, safety, and comfort for a range of high-ranking government officials.
♦ Assists with human resource duties including recruitment, training, and development of employees.
♦Compose briefings and reports to communicate training status and project progress to unit and wing leadership.
♦Lead multiple, flight attendant crews on numerous no-fail missions while supervising cabin service, overseeing unit-training program, and adhering to Air Force training and safety policies.
♦Manage personnel to ensure that initial training requirements were met and crews were ready for mission execution.
♦Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Administration requirements and procedures while maintaining over $80M worth of government assets.
♦ Supervises the completion of international customs and agricultural requirements for passengers and crew.
♦Identified as Air Force Two flight attendant mission trainer with the supervision of flight attendants on Vice President of the United States (VPOTUS) operations, which increased program capability and flexibility.
♦ Directly trains students on flight attendant duties, passenger egress, and aviation general knowledge.
