Key Accounts Executive - On Premise

Develop / secure new business opportunities with key accounts within the territory/Market and grow specific key accounts by developing and negotiating business plans supported with performance related CDAs to profitably grow volume and share within the key accounts/channel
•Work with the key accounts manager to develop account specific business plans and measure performance against set standards (presence, product, promotions, pricing, volume, CDA compliance and product mix.)
•Conduct business reviews with key customers
•Establish/ negotiate and lock plans into CDA inline with company policies and budget
•Maintain all customer wiring contacts and conduct regular meetings with all accounts
•Coordinate execution and equipment deliveries for new and assigned accounts.
•Communicate standards and customer commitments to the field and follow-up implementation.
•Work with KAM to expand product basket/revenue management/promotional calendar/volume driven activities for all accounts.
•Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
•Manage the CDA fund for the assigned accounts
•Ensure pricing guidelines and merchandising standards are fully executed
•Maintain a physical presence in the field to reinforce the account strategy, in-store execution & adherence to agreements and report feedback to KAM
•Ensure successful compliance of BPTs( WEKA&CDF)
•Monitor accounts performance and compliance to CDAs, taking corrective action where appropriate
•Ensure the consistent collection of payments
•Identify potential new accounts within the assigned territory and capture 70% of business.
•Convert the competition's accounts
