• Track, compile, and analyze web site usage data including building and maintaining custom
reports and dashboards using Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools. Develop web site
• Support the operational efforts of email marketing, corporate campaign sites, survey functionality
• Aggregate data from reporting tools and marketing campaigns, prepare preliminary performance
evaluations, present findings and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with IT/Development teams to discuss, analyze, or resolve usability issues as well as
determine sources of web site or web server issues and take corrective action.
• Meet with internal stakeholders to define/document business requirements for web site
enhancements and develop user facing web content/messaging by executing process
• Develop/document application and web site changes, enhancements and procedures.
• Investigate and help to implement new solutions that enhance campaign performance
