Southeastern Communications and a Data services LLC

I started this company in 2006. Initially, I started out setting up small home network and data systems, surround sound a/v, and CCTV systems. Eventually I retained a contract with a local builder and began to work in the new construction phases of home building, customizing these system to each individual homeowners specifications. I designed and installed the systems and well as provided service work after the home buyer moved in. Through this part of my business I gained contracts with several local companies to do their structured/network cabling. I would design, or work from their existing designs of systems, and install all cables and create pathways. dressing down all cable and building out data closets and racks, and finishing and terminating all connections to include wire management and testing. Within four years I employed 20 technicians, and had multiple job site active through the year.

Lone Wolf Communications

Field Technician/Supervisor

I started off with Lone Wolf Communications as a field technician/installer. we held contracts with Dish Network, Direct TV, and a Time Warner Cable. I installed and serviced all applicable satellite, data, cable, and broadband service as called for by the customers work order. This was to include, but not limited to, mounting dishes, connecting or running to main drops to taps, all aspects of in-home wiring, setup, testing and demonstration of all equipment. This required a working knowledge of up today's residential service equipment, advanced computer skills, and small network development. We also were required to keep detailed inventory and work order records kept and organized to be turned in. I consistently ranked one of the top technicians as we grew and then was responsible for the new hire training, my attention to detail and specs set the company standard for what was expected of our technicians.
I eventually took on the role of field supervisor and quality control manager and my primary duties became the routing and managing of our day to day work load and keeping an even and productive spread of technicians to ensure we not only got the work done but, but did it in a timely manner and allowed for the quality standards that as a company we demanded.
