Lone Wolf Communications
March 2002 — June 2006
I started off with Lone Wolf Communications as a field technician/installer. we held contracts with Dish Network, Direct TV, and a Time Warner Cable. I installed and serviced all applicable satellite, data, cable, and broadband service as called for by the customers work order. This was to include, but not limited to, mounting dishes, connecting or running to main drops to taps, all aspects of in-home wiring, setup, testing and demonstration of all equipment. This required a working knowledge of up today's residential service equipment, advanced computer skills, and small network development. We also were required to keep detailed inventory and work order records kept and organized to be turned in. I consistently ranked one of the top technicians as we grew and then was responsible for the new hire training, my attention to detail and specs set the company standard for what was expected of our technicians.
I eventually took on the role of field supervisor and quality control manager and my primary duties became the routing and managing of our day to day work load and keeping an even and productive spread of technicians to ensure we not only got the work done but, but did it in a timely manner and allowed for the quality standards that as a company we demanded.
