I am the manager of the garden department. I oversee, coach, counsel, train, and discipline multiple employees. I am responsible for meeting financial objectives, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. I maintain inventory to ensure items are kept in stock, keep up with fluctuating supply and demand, and make sure that promotions are accurate and merchandised to company standards. I handle customer complaints, questions, and issues. I also follow up with customer orders to make sure that no issues arise and that the customer receives their merchandise in a timely manner.
