My focus currently is mobile market research - not just what it is, but what it will be. I'm determined to be a change leader in the growth and adoption of mobile technology as a whole new paradigm in consumer insights. Some say the marketplace isn't quite ready, and I disagree - mobile research is today, and it's too big for those without a solution to hold it back.
I also train and onboard staff, and serve as a general resource for all things MR for staff or clients, given my 25+ years in the industry. In my "spare" time, I write regularly for the corporate blog on various MR topics under the "Soapbox Professor" - combining my academic teaching and MR industry experience.
