Training Developer

• Map out training plans, design and develop training programs (outsourced and or in-house)
• Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes etc.)
• Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information
• Conduct organization wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
• Design and prepare educational aids and materials
• Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs
• Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with matter experts regarding instructional design
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
• Provide train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment

Logistics Engineer / Analyst

I also am a logistic engineer. I use the Rolls Royce Eagle (Enhanced Automated Graphical Logistics Environment) relational databases to analyze, interpret and convert logistic data of the Eagle Publishing System into the Eagle Client database. This work is for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.

Perform the integrated logistics support (ILS) process by integrating supportability considerations into the system engineering process by recognizing opportunities to optimize between Key Performance Parameters (KPP) and Life Cycle Costs (LCC).

• Employ analytical techniques to design and develop an effective and efficient PSA package.

Analytical techniques include Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis, Level-of-Repair Analysis (LORA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), core logistics, source of repair/depot source of repair, baseline comparative, spares provisioning and life cycle cost (LCC) analyses.

• Analyze maintainability and supportability considerations for environmental, safety and occupational health (ESOH), human factors engineering (HFE), support system alternatives, and diminishing manufacturing sources & material shortages.

• Analyze performance-based logistics (PBL) and performance metrics commonly associated with ILS elements.

The Performance metrics include: Sustainment KPP, Material Availability, Operational Availability, mean downtime, Reliability, Total Ownership Cost (TOC), Operating & Support (O&S) key system attributes (KSA) and logistics footprint.

• Analysis with specifications and data item descriptions to develop analysis database and summarize detailed LPD reports.
