Report directly to the Vice President; both sell and schedule slots for the companies retreat facility, screen potential clients before giving a recommendation to Program Directors; coordinate various special projects with Program Directors; assist with the preparations for the yearly reviews; build and maintain a company website for the President; produce mass mailings; help Vice President maintain the Light Up a Life Program; manage the paperwork throughout the office.
Other duties include being the companies certified trainer for Crisis Prevention and teaching these skills to new employees yearly during a ten hour class.
