Involved in organizational development and strategic succession planning. Based on the needs of the organization and its managers, I analyze, design, and develop training programs, workshops, seminars, and On-line learning to meet the demands of an ever changing workforce with a key focus on managers and leadership.
Training programs include:
*intuitive data analysis
*executive preparatory training programs
Work with leaders in all levels of management, from store/front-line managers to corporate managers to executive VPs.
Additionally I plan, develop, and organize Leadership Conferences.
