Customer Support Engineer

Providing L1 Technical & Remote support related to desktop, network, hardware or printer issues.
Remote Call Closure within Norms, & proper follow-up (for AMC cases) with the client till closure.
Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services.
Data Center activities include data backup, performance monitoring, anti-virus protection and network security policies.
Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers.

• Data Center activities include data backup, performance monitoring, anti-virus protection and network security policies.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
• Perform system software and hardware maintenance, evaluate, test and integrate upgrades to operating systems, support software and applications.
• Providing L1 Technical & Remote support related to desktop, network, hardware and printer issues.
