I am responsible for supporting the company’s various employee engagement, benefits programs, and safety initiatives, including but not limited to 401(k), benefits, health savings accounts, company events, employee communication and employee policy compliance. I make an impact supporting the implementation of program and systems changes and manage the day-to-day operations and vendor management for employee and benefit programs. I support people projects, process improvement, metrics, and ensure a high-touch employee experience. I partner closely with the rest of the HR team ensuring the HR Department runs smoothly.
