-Implemented the SAEP performance and trending tool used to predict forward-looking supplier performance. These indicators are reviewed on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis in an effort to assure on time delivery to Boeing dock, monitor supplier quality trends and reduce risk mitigation for Boeing and its shareholders.
-Collected and analyzed data from various suppliers including accurate delivery dates, minimum order quantity, reduce and maintain contractual lead times, inventory aging and obsolescence issues.
-Built updated buyer metrics and trend charts to automatically update and e-mail the procurement team on a weekly basis. Metrics were early performance issues within the supply base before actual part shortages are seen. Weekly trends were put in place to see if suppliers would improve delinquency and achieve on time delivery.
-Managed line of balance for a select group of suppliers.
-Collaborated with Boeing engineering, supplier quality, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction, on time delivery, and quality
