Responsibilities:

Supporting the US recruitment process of E*Pro, Inc, Woodbridge, NJ.
My responsibility will be performing day to day task as per the recruitment process guidelines along with conducting recruitment activities
• Requirement Analysis, Sourcing, Posting, Pre-screening Via checklist.
• Identifying and sourcing the candidate’s profile from Job Boards, Internal Database, Networking and References as per client’s requirements.
• Experience in Boolean search string development for internet sourcing and In-depth sourcing knowledge through Social networking Sites like Twitter, FB & LinkedIn.
• Communicating high-level, recruitment approach to deliver against the quarterly recruitment forecast.
• Enabling recruitment solution to users, creating and developing the list of candidates to be screened and approve for requisition.
• Providing the team related enhancements in sourcing the profiles, analysis, and/or other guidance based upon sourcing.
• Performing standard screening and assessment through telephone in candidate.
• Screening and short listing the candidate’s profile by evaluating their skill sets.
• Updating and maintaining the candidate’s profile on our proprietary database.
• Conducting interviews and involving in negotiating with the Candidate on salary related issues
• Keep updating the job status to the candidates through Emails.
• Updating the candidate’s status to the client.
• Follow up with the candidates till join in the organization.
