•Process all new-hire, termination, and payroll paperwork, ensuring 100% compliance with various laws and serving as primary contact person for management/staff inquiries.
•Conduct recruitment efforts for exempt, nonexempt and temporary positions. Communicate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and work with agencies as needed to fill positions.
•Responsible for job postings and background check screenings.
•Provide support for the recruitment and on-boarding process, offer letters, and new hire orientation.
•Maintain applicant tracking database. Point of contact for training and troubleshooting issues for regional offices.
•Assist with special projects related to Workday and Luceo. Participate in all testing, upgrading and rollouts of new modules or functionalities. Interact on a regular basis with HRIS to resolve technical issues related to HR policies, procedures and practices.
•Support HRIS to provide reporting for employment and recruiting inquiries. Develop standing HR and ad hoc reports with HRIS. Analyze data to develop benchmarks for employment practices.
•Coordinate summer intern program which includes working with various community organizations, screening students and managing summer events and activities.
•Responsible for inputting and tracking outside consultants and vendors in WorkDay while ensuring proper compliance.
