Event Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

As an Event Coordinator I assist clients in making their vision a reality. Whether that vision is a small backyard birthday party for 10 in their home with a cotton candy machine and extra seating or a wedding for 200 with everything from custom lighting to specialty linens.
When not coordinating an event I handle administrative duties in the office such as the weekly to do list of upcoming orders, inventory control and maintenance, as well as standard office duties.
