As an Associate leading client engagements, I conducted business landscape and program gap analysis to identify new program opportunities for clients by conducting interviews with business, academic, and philanthropic thought leaders. I combined interview data with available public financials for foundations, to generate insights and develop a program logic model of barriers, opportunities, and organizational fit for the client's program. End results included developing a five year strategic plan for a client’s environmental program, which was successfully used to launch a multimillion dollar fundraising campaign.
Managed regional policy strategy for a 20 person team of legal, public affairs, and technical staff. Oversaw consensus building for 20+ member policy groups representing multiple industries by setting principles for engagement, drafting white papers, and strengthening relationships.
