PricewaterhouseCoopers Public Sector

Advisory Senior Associate

In my current role as a human capital consultant, I apply an understanding of project management principles, consulting leading practices, and adult learning theory to deliver human capital solutions that meet the business needs of leadership as well as the development needs of end users.
I feel lucky to be working for a firm that practices what it preaches in terms of employee investment and professional development!

The George Washington University

Master of Arts, Human Resource Development / Human and Organizational Learning

I completed my Master's part-time while working, over two years. The curriculum for this program includes subjects such as organizational diagnosis, adult learning, strategic human resource processes, and consulting for organizational change. In addition to the coursework, I learned a great deal from my fellow cohort members; nine women from all walks of life and professional backgrounds.

Education

University of Richmond

Bachelor of Arts, History

Go Spiders! My undergraduate experience studying History and Leadership Studies at Richmond helped to sharpen my writing and critical thinking skills for the real world. The friends I made at Richmond are still some of the most important people in my life.
