Develop, implement and administer compensation and benefit programs for employees at all levels of organization. Manage HR operating budget. Partner with business unit leaders and HR colleagues to drive effective recruitment and retention of top talent. Oversee competitive compensation analysis and generate annual budget recommendations. Develop, implement, and monitor compensation programs, including regular compensation reviews, annual bonuses, annual merit reviews, retention programs, recognition programs, and equity rewards. Design sales compensation plans to drive revenue growth and profitability. Stock plan administration and compliance. Collaborate with HRIS in systems development and enhancement. Design, implement and administer performance management program and systems. Develop, implement and administer long-term incentive programs. Provide analysis and recommendations for the Compensation Committee of the BOD. Develop benefits strategy, modify plan design, and negotiate vendor selection. Develop and implement wellness initiatives.
