Challenged to lead eleven Sales Representatives to uncover and capitalize on new market opportunities in ten states including Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware. Responsible for hiring, training and developing the team to successfully sell Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices.
Responsible for business development and promotion of Augmentative and Alternative Communication Devices to Hospitals, Home Health, Outpatient Rehabilitation Centers, Neurologists, National Organizations, and Nursing Home Facilities.
Responsible for promotion and development of respiratory medication to specialists, including Pediatricians, Allergists, ENTs, Pulmonologists and Primary Care Physicians within the Southern New Jersey territory
Responsible for Developing and Maintaining Key Accounts including Casinos, National Restaurant Chains, Amusement Parks, PGA Golf Courses, and Minor League Sports Teams
Responsible for establishing and maintaining accounts to provide business equipment solutions in a highly competitive market.
