Currently acting as Marketing and Business Development chair. Uses executive outlook and business goals to coordinate and strategize marketing and business development (sales) plans. Strong focus on promoting brand awareness after rebranding efforts in 2014. Implementation of a CRM system, customization of CRM system and CRM system training took precedent during mid 2015. End of 2015 focused on re-evaluating marketing and business development efforts after loss of president with new president transitioning into role unexpectedly. Sales of firm up even after loss of president who was firm's main supplier of referrals and developer of client relations.
