Coordinate full-cycle recruitment: Work with Director of Operations to define and spec new positions, source qualified candidates (e.g., posting, referrals, cold outreach, events, etc.), coordination of phone and on site candidate interviews with hiring team and create a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Closely monitor the talent pipeline and report on progress to goals. Understand and effectively articulate the Flatiron School programs and mission to prospective candidates.
Support Director of Operations in the staffing, scheduling and payroll processes for our Remote Code Mentor (Instructional) program.
Manage pieces of the employee offboarding process, including all operations and logistics related to employee departures.
