Insurance consultant - In my current role I was taking inbound calls from existing customers who wished to renew, discuss or cancel their policy. I dealt with all calls in an efficient manner and resolved any potential complaints that may have arisen. We were heavily targeted on a number of KPI's such as 'First Call Resolution' and quality. I am a hard working individual who is no stranger to a challenge and I thrive on giving a great customer experience.
